Desconn successfully completed the construction of a modern quick service restaurant for Marble Slab Creamery in Ottawa. This 1,000–1,500 sq. ft. commercial project was designed to deliver a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable ice-cream experience within a clean and contemporary retail environment.

Our team managed the full interior construction, focusing on creating a layout that supports efficient service operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The space was carefully planned to handle consistent foot traffic, with optimized workflow areas, functional service counters, and a well-organized customer flow.
